                Information
The Community Supported Agriculture program (CSA) has an average of 20 participants per
week. A majority of our participants have been CSUN staff and faculty. We market our CSA
program via our website, Facebook, Instagram, and bulletin board as well as during our on and
                off campus tabling events.

Interns have developed nutrition education handouts and interactive games that are implemented
each week during CSA pick-up hours that involve a produce item of the week selected from the
                items “in the box”.

Unfortunately, Spring 2017 was the last semester for this internship. Underwood Farms has
decided to cut the CSA program. The collaboration with Underwood Family Farm since 2008 has
come to an end, but we look forward to working with them in the future.
