Introduction Introduction The Government of Montserrat is seeking bids for Cleaning Services of Government Offices. GoM want to ensure the maintenance of clean and hygienic Facilities within Government Offices for its Employees, Customers, Clients and Visitors. This Invitation to Tender is supplied by the Government of Montserrat (GOM), through the Office of the Deputy Governor, to invite potential suppliers in the preparation and submission of Tenders in connection with the supply of Cleaning Services for Government of Montserrat (GOM) Offices. The ITT sets out an indicative timetable for the procurement process and provides instructions for Tenderers. By participating in this Tender you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the guidelines set out in this ITT. Included are the tender documents, consisting of: 1. Introduction 2. Appendix C – List of Offices to be cleaned 16. Appendix D – Cleaning Duties to Performed 17. Appendix E - Contract Purpose Expects Tenderers to submit their Tenders in accordance with the instructions set out in the remainder of this ITT. Sets out the overall timetable and process for the procurement to Tenderers. Provides Tenderers with sufficient information to enable them to submit a compliant Tender Sets out the Award Criteria and the tender evaluation process that will be used to evaluate the Tenders. Explains the administrative arrangements for the receipt of Tenders. This ITT outlines the programmatic, budgetary, functional requirements which will be used in order to select the entity for this project.
