(If not, TOEFL or IELTS is required). ➢Copy of Police Clearance Certificate ➢4 color passport-size photographs ➢Copy of Financial/Bank Statement or Affidavit of support (from parents or caretaker whose net worth is 3 times more than the tuition fees) ➢Notarized Passport or Passport book where required ➢Signed offer letter ➢Signed Personal Statement ➢2 Letters of Recommendation ➢Immunization and Medical fitness Certificate from Licensed physician with stamp ➢Psychological assessment report from licensed physicians on mental ability/stability for going through the fast phased MD program. ❖ Please see below Fee Structures for the MD program. First year Tuition fee and other relevant fees must be paid 30 days prior to the beginning of classes via Wire Transfer to the University’s account. NO OTHER MODE OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED AND TUTION FEES SHOULD NOT BE PAID TO THRID PARTY OR UNIVERSITY REPRESENTATIVE AS CASH OR ANY BANK TRANSFERS OR CHEQUE. ALL FEES ARE SUJECT TO CHANGE AT THE UNIVERSITY’S DISCRETION ❖ Students are required to attend daily classes in scrubs. ❖ Upon Enrolment, students will be required to obtain a diagnostic kit. This kit should include: Page 2 of 8 Lab coats, Scrubs, stethoscope, Sphygmomanometer, thermometer, measuring tape, tongue depressor, diagnostic kit (hammer, otoscope, ophthalmoscopes and torch) and Glucometer set. STUDENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO UPDATE THE DIAGNOSTIC KIT AT ALL TIMES ((refill the kit whenever necessary on your own cost).
