              SUBJECT      :    IMPLEMENTATION OF 2021 VGCCI VEHICLE STICKERS 
                    Hereunder please find the 2021 VGCCI car sticker purchase guidelines. 
              MEMBERS 
                 •  The cost of one (1) 2021 VGCCI Car Sticker for Members are as follows: 
                    A.  P560.00 (VAT inclusive) for non-seniors and P500.00 for seniors for the first Sticker. This is 
                       automatically billed in the December 2021 Statement of Accounts. 
                    B.  P280.00 (VAT inclusive) for non-seniors and P250.00 for seniors for each of the succeeding 
                       Stickers. A Member may acquire up to a maximum of five (5) Stickers. 
                    C.  Motorcycle P280.00 (VAT inclusive) for non-seniors and P250.00 for seniors. 
                 •  Members may endorse up to a maximum of three (3) Stickers to guests. The amount of Stickers are 
                    as follows: 
                    ❖  CARS/SUVS                           -      P1,200.00 
                    ❖  MOTORCYCLES/ TRICYCLES              -      P   800.00 
                    ❖  VANS/ SHUTTLES                      -      P3,100.00 
                 •  A copy of LTO Official Receipt and Car Registration (OR/CR) must be submitted. The Member is 
                    required  to  sign  the  endorsement  form  and  shall  be  liable  if  the  Guest  is  found  guilty  of  any 
                    misconduct such as but not limited to duplicating and tampering of Car Stickers.  
                 •  Car Stickers for Members and Member-endorsed applicants are available at the Valley Golf & 
                    Country Club.  
              HOMEOWNERS/ RESIDENTS WHO ARE NOT VALLEY GOLF CLUB MEMBERS 
              A. CARS/SUVS 
                 •  The cost of one (1) 2021 VGCCI car sticker for Non-Members / Homeowners or Residents within 
                    Valley Golf Complex will be P1,200.00 (VAT inclusive) each for Cars/SUVs. 
                 •  Car Sticker Application Form must be accomplished before the issuance of the VGCCI sticker with 
                    attached duplicate copy of LTO Official Receipt and Car Registration (OR/CR). 
                 •  Car Sticker must be permanently placed at the driver side lower corner of the windshield (from inside 
                    the vehicle). 
                 •  Schedule of sale of car stickers for the different homeowners/subdivision shall be arranged thru the 
                    Admin. Officers of their respective homeowners/subdivisions. 
                 •  Sale of car stickers to residents and transient at the Secondary gate should have endorsement form 
                    VRAI Association. 
                     
                 B. MOTORCYCLES / TRICYCLES (PRIVATE OR PUBLIC) 
                     •   The cost of one (1) 2021 VGCCI Sticker will be at P800.00 (VAT inclusive) each for Motorcycles and 
                         Tricycles (Public or Private). 
                     •   Motorcycle and Tricycle (private or public) car sticker application form must be accomplished with 
                         attached LTO duplicate copy of Official Receipt and Motorcycle Registration before the sale of 
                         stickers. 
                     •   Sale of Motorcycle or Tricycle Stickers can be arranged thru the Administration Officer of the different 
                         Homeowners/ Subdivisions located inside the Valley Golf Club Complex. 
                     •   Residents and transients at the secondary gate will get their endorsement to VRAI Association. 
                     •   Motorcycle and Tricycle sticker buyers must conform to the Road Rules and Regulations of Valley 
                         Golf Club passing through DCT Avenue. 
                 C. SHUTTLE VEHICLES, DELIVERY VANS AND DELIVERY TRUCK 
                     •   Only  Residents  and  Establishment/Corporations  who  own  shuttle  vehicles,  delivery  vans  and 
                         delivery truck are allowed to buy VGCCI stickers at the following cost (VAT inclusive). 
                             o  4 wheels (ELF/ Closed Van/ Delivery Van)          -       Php 3,100.00 
                             o  6 wheels                                          -       Php 4,000.00 
                             o  8-10 wheels                                       -       Php 5,000.00 
                             o  12 wheels                                         -       Php 6,000.00 
                     •   Valley Golf Club Inc. is not covered by any FRANCHISE liability and or responsibility with regards to 
                         the route of shuttles along DCT Avenue. 
                     •   Application  Forms  with  a  duplicate  copy  of  LTO  Shuttle  Vehicles,  Delivery  Vans  and  Trucks 
                         Registration and Official Receipt must be accomplished before the sale of VGCCI stickers. 
                     •   All  are  required  to  secure  their  endorsement  from  their  Establishment/Corporation  or 
                         Residents/homeowners. 
                     •   Truck sticker buyers must conform to the Road Rules and Regulations of Valley Golf Club passing 
                         through DCT Avenue. 
                     Note: Above rates apply to all  trucks and delivery van loaded with goods/contruction materials entering 
                     both gates of VGCC must pay toll fee.  For unloaded trucks and devliery van with VGCC sticker 
                     regulations apply. 
                 NON-RESIDENTS / NON-MEMBERS   
                 The cost of 2021 VGCCI car stickers to the non-members and non-residents are as follows (VAT inclusive): 
                             o  CARS/ SUVs                                -       P1,800.00 
                             o  MOTORCYCLES/ TRICYCLES                    -       P1,500.00 
                             o  VAN/SHUTTLES                              -       P5,300.00 
                                  
                     •   A copy of LTO Official Receipt and Car Registration (OR/CR) must be submitted along with the fully 
                         accomplished Car Sticker Application Form before the issuance of the VGCCI sticker. 
                          
                          
                 GENERAL RULES 
                     •   VGCCI Security Agency was mandated to inspect / check all passing vehicles w/ VGCCI Stickers. 
                         Vehicles w/o VGCCI Sticker will be hold and subject for submission of valid government ID.  
                     •   VGCCI has the right to revoke and confiscate paid car stickers if the driver has been found guilty of 
                         any violation of Valley Golf Club Road Rules and Regulations. 
                     •   Driver’s  license  of  apprehended  vehicle  driver  using  fake  or  tampered  VGCCI  sticker  will  be 
                         confiscated and fined P5,000.00 for license release, and will be banned from purchasing VGCCI 
                         stickers and passing DCT roads. VGCCI shall take legal action on fake sticker holders. 
                     •   Validity of 2020 VGCCI car stickers are until January 31, 2021 only. Effective February 1, 2021, 
                         vehicles with 2020 car stickers will be refused entry. 
                     •   Car Stickers will be available at the Valley Golf Club office on Cash Basis Only. 
                     •   Car Stickers sold outside Valley Golf Office are FAKE.
